Welcome to Phurn. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Phurn mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Phurn ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Phurn is a furniture search and discovery platform that aggregates product listings from premium furniture brands. We provide AI-powered search, a personalized discover feed, and the ability to save and organize products into collections. Phurn is an aggregator — we do not sell furniture directly. When you choose to purchase a product, you will be redirected to the retailer's website.

2. Accounts

You may browse Phurn without creating an account. Certain features — including AI search, saving products, collections, and the discover feed — require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Service except through our official API (when available)

4. Product Information & Pricing

Phurn aggregates product data from third-party retailers. While we strive to keep information accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product listings, prices, availability, or descriptions. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and are determined by the respective retailers. Always verify product details on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

5. AI-Powered Features

Phurn uses artificial intelligence for search, recommendations, and preference learning. AI features are provided "as is" and may not always produce accurate or relevant results. We continuously work to improve these features but do not guarantee their accuracy.

6. Collections & User Content

You may create collections and add notes to saved products. You retain ownership of any original content you create (such as collection names, descriptions, and notes). By creating content on Phurn, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Service.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Phurn offers a free tier with core functionality. We may offer paid subscription plans ("Phurn Pro") in the future with additional features such as unlimited AI searches, price drop alerts, and style matching. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing will be communicated at the time of purchase. Payments will be processed through Stripe and/or Apple's App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Affiliate Links

When you click "View on [Brand]" or similar links to visit a retailer, Phurn may use affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase on the retailer's website. This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate relationships do not influence search results or product recommendations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Phurn app, website, and underlying technology (including our search algorithms, recommendation engine, and user interface) are owned by Phurn. Product images, names, and descriptions are the property of their respective retailers and are displayed under fair use for the purpose of product discovery and comparison.

10. Third-Party Services

Phurn integrates with third-party services including furniture retailers, AI providers, and payment processors. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE SERVICE AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY RETAILERS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHURN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILER LINKS, RELIANCE ON PRODUCT INFORMATION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

13. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
